Triad Communities
These guides cover the cities and neighborhoods I work in most: what each one is like, what’s nearby, and the practical details that matter when you’re choosing where to live. The Triad was settled around the same time throughout the region, so you’ll find many early and mid-20th-century homes that are still in very good shape in every city and county, along with a similar mix of single-family homes, townhomes and condos, new construction, and rentals. Because the homes are so alike from place to place, the differences that matter most are practical ones, like the county, the schools, and who provides utilities.
Pick a community below to start, compare them side by side or send me a message. Looking for schools, transit, or healthcare? See the Triad Resource Guide.
